My dogs love their "spa" days. Cindy is a wonderful groomer and her facility is amazing
We couldn't be more pleased with Albany Pet Care Center. We dropped our 1 year old dog for the day while we went shopping, and I am glad we did. There was a large fenced in area for him to play in all day with a few other dogs, and there was even a little kiddie pool for him to play in (he loves the water). When we went to pick him up in the evening he was all tuckered out. He really enjoyed his stay. We will be sure to recommend his Doggie Day Care.
My Lab stayed here for one afternoon last fall (roughly 4 hours) and contracted mange within 10 days. When I called "Aunt" Cindy to cancel another scheduled stay and alert her to the situation, she was more concerned about her reputation than about my dog. She never called to check on my dog's health, let alone contribute to the $300 vet bills to deal with the mange.
